The project encompasses a multidisciplinary analysis using mixed methods: survey data analysis; path models of determinants, mediators, and moderators; an experimental study of vaccine characteristics that contribute to vaccination and an analysis of how preferences differ according to health literacy; an analysis of interventional studies to increase trust in vaccination; a study of the construct, convergent, discriminant, concurrent-predictive, and predictive validity of the HLS-EU-Q16 health literacy questionnaire among Slovenian young people, adults, and the elderly; latent profile analysis; multilevel analysis of vaccination determinants in Europe, etc. In this way, the project offers innovative tools for studying health literacy and attitudes towards vaccination.
